This deliverable reports on the results of a survey made to the solar industry sector in the Mediterranean regions involved in the project. Stakeholders had to answer on their expectations regarding the necessity of a certification programme in order to remove those barriers preventing distributed solar technology uptake by local markets, covering both administrative and technical aspects. The aim of this document is to identify such barriers, detect the strengths and weaknesses, and so the opportunities and threats of this solar industry in each target country - Lebanon, Egypt and Tunisia, thus a final SWOT Analysis is also elaborated. All answers received from these three countries are from the private industry, with no participation of any national or regional energy agency, or any national or regional technical body or research body, though the detailed list of those stakeholders is kept confidential, to ensure data protection laws are observed.
